Leveraging LIDAR, Infrared, and photogrammetry, our 3d and 360 cameras are able to capture the world and recreate it on screen. Because this technology allows us to understand 3d space, we can create environments that people can virtuall experience online. This technology continues to eveolve and we are quite excited to be on the cusp of what is new. We create real Sarasota virtual tours We keep this model in the could for a period of 3 months, when you will have the opportunity to keep it or discard it.
In-Home Shoot
To get your property into the virtual realm, we need to do an in-home scan and photo shoot of the property. The day of shoot can be stressful, but the entire process is fairly painless. One of the main requests we have is that you not be visible to the scans. Depending on the size and layout of your property, the entire process takes about 2-3 hours to complete. Models then upload and process, and usually are ready for viewing the following day. We have a list of suggestionsin getting your home ready for a scan.
Floorplans
The model we shoot automatically generates a rough schematic floorplan, you and your buyers or lessors can use to estimate rough dimensions, and space plan. In most cases for the Sarasota MLS measurements are required. The room dimensions on our floorplans are accurate down to the inch.
3d Walkthrough
The diamond in our offering is the ability for users to simply breeze through your home for sale or rent with the click of a mouse. Models are highly intelligent, and make previewing a home simple. Users can choose to view a guided tour, walk the space themselves, or navigate via the 'dollhouse' view.
Unlimited Downloads
Our server is made to bear the brunt of these downloads. Bandwidth is a hot commodity with these models and we have plenty of it. Whether your home gets 20 or 20,000 views, you aren't charged a cent more.
